What is Elohimisation and how is it achieved ? (In context of the book : Yes to human cloning).

Elohimisation will be achieved when our own science has advanced to the same level as the Elohim.

The advancement of science has to go together with humanity developing its spirituality (as in feeling united to each other and to infinity), otherwise we will destroy ourselves.
